These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 3vip.click website and its associated mobile application. By accessing the 3vip platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

To use 3vip's services, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country or jurisdiction. 3vip does not provide legal advice in this regard.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at 3vip. All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate. If false information is given and identified during verification, your account will be closed.

Each member may hold one account only. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, or sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, will be flagged as duplicates.

Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed. Required documents for verification:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie — preferably taken while holding your ID

The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only and applies exclusively to new members. Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently claim the bonus will result in the account being placed under investigation.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time

• If a match is abandoned before the scheduled time, bets are generally voided and stakes returned
• In cricket, a match may be deemed valid once a specified number of overs have been completed — subject to the applicable rules of play
• If one leg of an accumulator is void, that leg is settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs stand
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical or system error, 3vip reserves the right to void that bet.

Once a bet is confirmed in in-play betting, it generally cannot be changed — however, the cashout option may be used where available.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3vip and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms for personal gain (bonus hunting or bonus abuse)
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account information
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Selling or transferring your account to another person
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets by deliberately influencing the outcome of a match (match fixing)

3vip reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account at any time — particularly where a breach of terms is suspected. If the member is found to be in the clear, the account and all funds will be fully restored.

Members can close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During the exclusion period, the account will be locked and no betting or deposits will be permitted.
